Terms of Sale

These terms cover anything you buy or download from Countwell. Countwell is an independent seller based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

What you get. Each product is a set of digital files, such as Excel and Google Sheets workbooks and PDFs. The product page lists what is included. Nothing is shipped.

Price and payment. Prices are in US dollars and are one-time payments, with no subscription. Launch prices are shown with their end date. Gumroad handles the checkout and payment and adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live.

Delivery. After payment, Gumroad shows a download link and emails it to you. Your files stay in your Gumroad library, and later updates to the same product are free.

Your license. The files are for your own use. You may print and share the reports you make with them, for example with family, a court or an adviser. You may not resell, share, upload or give away the files themselves.

Not advice. The tools organize records. They are not legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Check anything important with a licensed professional.

Refunds. Every paid product has a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, Countwell's liability for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.
