30-day money-back guarantee. If a Countwell tool doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying it. You get the full price back, and you don't need to give a reason.

How to ask. Reply to your Gumroad receipt, or write to [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout.

How it's paid. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Gumroad. I process requests within two business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Free downloads. Free checklists and sheets cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe from Countwell emails at any time.
