Privacy

Last updated 6 November 2026.

This site shows information about Countwell's spreadsheet tools. It has no accounts or comments.

Free downloads by email. If you ask for a free checklist, the email address you enter is sent to Kit (kit.com), the email service that delivers the file and any later Countwell emails. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click, or write to me to have your address deleted. Kit's own privacy policy applies to how it stores your address.

Checkout. When you choose to buy or download, you go to Gumroad, which handles payment, delivery and receipts. Gumroad's own privacy policy applies there. I receive your name and email from Gumroad so I can deliver updates and answer questions.

Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the service.

Fonts. Text fonts load from Google Fonts.

Advertising and measurement. This site uses the Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. They set cookies and record which pages you view, which buttons you click and which ad brought you here (the ad's tracking tags, kept in your browser for up to 30 days), so I can see which ads work and show Countwell ads to people who visited. Meta's and Google's own privacy policies apply to that data. You can turn off ad personalisation in your Facebook ad preferences and Google Ad Settings, block third-party cookies in your browser, or clear this site's stored data at any time.
